Owner of Mira Couture, Julie Mersine, debuted her first runway collection at StyleChicago.com‘s Art of Fashion Runway Show at Millennium Park.  The collection included beaded French laces, flowing metallic chiffon, and silver beaded raw strips in pale icy blues, shades of ivory and touches of silver.
